The postage cost will then be calculated on the total weight of your order and depending on whether your address is within Australia or overseas.

What is your returns and refunds policy?
 
If your order reaches you damaged or incomplete, or you are not happy with the condition of the items as described on our website, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

You must contact us for an authorisation to return the goods first. No goods will be accepted without this authorisation. We regret that shipping charges are only refundable if we have made an error in the description of the goods we have supplied.

 
   
WHO HAS TO PAY GST?
 

Please note: 10% GST will be added to all orders shipped within Australia.

GST is a Goods and Services Tax charged by the Australian Federal Government on all sales of goods and services in Australia. All orders sent outside of Australia are exempt from paying GST.

how will you ship my order?
 

We pride ourselves on getting your order to you as fast as possible. If payment is received between Monday and Friday, then your order will almost certainly be mailed the same day. If payment is received over a weekend then the order will be mailed on the next trading day (usually Monday).

Within Australia all goods are sent by Australia Post. Overseas orders are sent by standard Australia Post airmail. Should you require insurance/registration or any other shipping options, please notify us via the message box on the contact us page.
 
   
lost packages in the post?
 
Please note that all items to addresses outside Australia are shipped by standard airmail post unless you specify otherwise.

Packages are very seldom lost or damaged in the mail, but for rare or valuable items, we strongly recommend insured or registered post which is available to all countries for a small fee in addition to the postage cost (see our Postal Rates page for details). Please specify when making your order if you require this service. While we take great care packing and shipping your order, we cannot accept liability for uninsured packages lost or damaged in the post.
 
 
collecting website orders from our shop
 
If you live locally or are visiting Perth and wish to purchase items from our website, we will be happy to see you at our Maylands store. During busy periods, however, it is not always possible to process website orders while you wait. Therefore, we would be grateful if you could email or phone ahead of your visit with details of your order to enable us to prepare it for collection.
